The commercial terms that apply to quotations and orders placed with Jiufu Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

These terms apply to all quotations, proforma invoices and orders for cigar humidor cabinets, wine coolers and dry-aging cabinets supplied by Jiufu Electric Appliance Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). We sell business to business; these terms are not intended for consumer purchases. Where a signed contract or a proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails over this page.
Standard models can be ordered from one sample unit. Cabinets built to your own specification — door frame, glass tint, shelving layout, body colour, branding — start at 10 units. An order becomes binding when we confirm the proforma invoice and receive the deposit.
Sample orders typically ship in 10 days; mass orders in 30–40 days after the deposit is received and the specification is confirmed in writing. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend where certification testing, custom tooling or buyer-supplied components are involved.
Cabinets are packed in a retail carton on a wood pallet as standard; wood-case packing is available on request. Packaging dimensions, CBM per unit and container loading quantities are stated on the specification page. Units are run-tested and the serial number logged before packing; loading is photographed at the factory and forms part of the shipment record.
Unless the order is DDP, import duties, VAT or sales tax, brokerage and destination handling are for the buyer's account.
Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, photograph the crate and the cabinet, then send the photos, serial number and packing list to lear@zsjiufu.com.cn within 7 days of delivery. We assess from the photographs and either ship replacement parts (door glass, shelves, control board, compressor module) or arrange a replacement unit. Transit damage is not a manufacturing defect, so settlement normally runs through the carrier or the marine insurer; we support the claim with the packing and loading records.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted: every cabinet is built or configured to order and shipped internationally. Where a manufacturing defect cannot be resolved by parts replacement, a return may be arranged case by case against an RMA number issued by us. Business buyers in the EU should note that the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to these B2B sales.
Every cabinet carries a 24-month whole-unit warranty and a 5-year warranty on the compressor, running from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from transport, incorrect voltage or installation, water contamination, unauthorised repair, or consumable parts. Warranty scope and the claim procedure are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
To claim: send the serial number, a description of the fault and a short video showing the controller display and compressor behaviour. We diagnose remotely with your technician; if a part is required it is supplied free within the warranty period, with freight quoted at cost. Compressors and control boards are front-accessible so a local refrigeration technician can replace them without returning the cabinet.
Where you supply logos, artwork or brand assets, you confirm you hold the rights to use them and that they do not infringe a third party's rights. Tooling, drawings and specifications we develop remain our property unless the contract assigns them to you. We may photograph and reference non-branded production in our marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Units can be built and tested to CE, CCC, ETL and CB requirements. Certification scope is agreed per destination market and quoted separately where third-party testing is required. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the ordered configuration meets local import, electrical and labelling rules.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic control measures, port closures, freight-space shortages, customs delays, power restrictions or changes in export regulation. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of market or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are referred to the competent court in Zhongshan, Guangdong, unless the contract provides for arbitration. The parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
