Tobacco is unforgiving. A two-degree swing over a season is enough to crack wrappers and flatten aroma. Every decision in the cabinet serves temperature, humidity and air movement.
Jiaxipera on the Standard series, Embraco on Premium — both running R600a through a coated copper evaporator. Compressor cooling holds set points far better than thermoelectric plates in warm rooms.
A closed-loop air path pushes cool air around the drawers, which sit flush with the cabinet front so air moves freely between cigars instead of stalling in corners.
An independent controller holds 60–80% RH — ±3% on Standard, ±2% on Premium — with temperature stable to about ±1 °C. A water-recycling tank at the base feeds humidity back into the cabinet.
Natural, unpainted Spanish cedar shelves and liners — no veneer. The wood buffers moisture, releases cedar aroma and slows the ageing of the tobacco.
Sprayed cold-rolled steel body, PVC door frame as standard — black aluminium-alloy frame or a stainless steel door on request — with LED strips down both sides.
Heating and dehumidification are built in rather than add-ons, so the cabinet holds 15–25 °C and 60–80% RH through winter. A security lock is fitted as standard.
Humidity control is only half the job. Cigars also need a stable, slightly acidic buffer that releases and absorbs moisture slowly. That is what Spanish cedar gives you — which is why every drawer and shelf is machined from natural, unpainted cedar rather than veneered board.
