1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:

Enquiry data — name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, quantity, model of interest and the project details you type into the form.
Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and attachments you send us afterwards.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through server logs and, where enabled, web analytics.
Cookies — only what the site and its analytics or consent tools require. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by default.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation (our contract with you, or steps taken at your request before a contract).
To follow up on samples, orders, warranty claims and after-sales support.
To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve them (our legitimate interest in running the site).
To meet legal, tax and export-control obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.

4. Who we share it with

Freight forwarders and couriers — the minimum needed to quote or ship an order.
Certification and testing laboratories — where a market approval requires it.
Service providers hosting the website, handling email or providing analytics, acting under our instructions.
Authorities where disclosure is legally required.

5. International transfers

Our company and manufacturing are based in China, so enquiry data is processed there. Where a transfer out of the EEA or UK is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit transfers to what the purpose requires.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Order, invoice and warranty records are kept for as long as tax and product-liability rules require. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to lear@zsjiufu.com.cn and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Access to enquiry data is limited to sales and engineering staff who need it. The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment card data on this website — payments are handled by bank transfer or by the payment provider named on the proforma invoice.

9. Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies of its own for advertising. Where analytics is enabled, it is used to count page views and referral sources in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any page.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated by email where we hold an address.
