Every item below is a standard option on the platform — no new tooling required. Structural changes to the cooling compartment are quoted after an engineering review.

Prototype

Pre-production sample with your branding, typically 15 working days after drawing approval.

Production

Batch build with in-line inspection and a 100% run test before packing.

Delivery

Carton, pallet or crate packing. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP to your warehouse.

Terms as stated: 1 sample unit or 10 units for custom builds, 30–40 days production after deposit, 24-month whole-unit warranty with 5 years on the compressor. Final terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Quality Control

Tested before it is packed, not after it is returned.

  • Incoming inspection of compressors, boards and glass
  • Cooling pull-down test on every unit, logged by serial number
  • Humidity stability run on sampled units at 60–80% RH
  • Door alignment, seal and hinge cycle check
  • Cedar moisture content checked before assembly
  • Photo and video report issued before shipment
